Resumen
Una aproximación a la regulación de los derechos de los
pacientes en España
España ha asistido en los últimos cinco años a una
proliferación de leyes estatales y autonómicas sobre los derechos
de los pacientes que han sido bienvenidas. Se trata de un instrumento
más para la tutela de los derechos de un colectivo especialmente
vulnerable. Pero esas leyes presentan importantes deficiencias técnicas
y una excesiva disparidad de criterios entre comunidades autónomas, que
deben ser corregidas para que todos los ciudadanos tengamos un igual disfrute
de derechos.

Abstract
An approximation to the regulation of the patients' rights in Spain
In the last five years an important number of patients bills have been passed
in Spain. They have been welcomed because they are suitable instruments to
protect the rights of a particularly vulnerable collective. But these rules
have important technical defects and, at the same time, impose different
criteria among the regions of Spain. It is important to correct the defects and
to harmonize those criteria in order to assure that all citizens in Spain enjoy
the same rights with the similar guarantees.
